What Happens Next
- We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours
- We may need to verify your identity before processing
- We will respond to your request within 30 days (as required by GDPR)
- If we need more time (up to 60 additional days), we will inform you with an explanation
- There is no charge for most requests (excessive or repeated requests may incur a reasonable fee)
